ABOUT My name is Helen Hales and I have been teaching Pilates since 2008. There is no doubt Pilates benefits the body in so many ways and I love seeing the positive changes in my participants. My classes are very friendly and although we like to work hard we have a lot of fun too!

Classes The group classes are fun, very friendly and everyone soon gets to know each other. Group classes are sold termly varying as a 5-7 week course. All my classes are held at Manorbrook School, Park Road, Thornbury, BS35 1JW (term-time only) MONDAYS Mixed Ability: 6.30pm - 7.25pm Pilates Progression: 7.30pm - 8.00pm WEDNESDAYS Mixed Ability: 6.30pm - 7.25pm I also run a mobility/flexibility class: WEDNESDAYS Forever Flexible: 7.30pm - 8.00pm |

Private Pilates
I run 1-1 sixty minute sessions for £55. Another option is to share the training session with others at £90 per hour for two people and £120 for three. Any more than three people and the session will become less personal and therefore needs to be discussed if required. In these sessions you will get the benefit of my undivided attention where I can tailor the exercises to your needs and will be able to get the most out of you in your workout. Whether you want to get strong and flexible or use Pilates to help with an injury or postural issue I can help you with many beneficial exercises. These sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home or at mine. |
