I am really excited to be able to offer Nordic Walking classes in Thornbury. I am a fully qualified instructor with the International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA). My sessions will be on an ad hoc basis so please look for information about when and where on Eventbrite. Spaces are limited to 10 people so I can give you my best attention.

10/12/2025 0 Comments Forever Flexible ClassMy new 2025 class Forever Flexible is a breath of fresh air and we're having a lot of fun! This class is specifically designed to undo all the postural issues from modern day living.
We use gentle, flowing movements to improve posture, mobility and flexibility, releasing tightness and easing the every-day aches caused by modern life. We begin the class with a variety of light, repetitive exercises to gently lift the heart rate and start working into tight muscles straight away. The second part of the class then shifts to mat-based work, focusing on flexibility, alignment and restoring better posture. We cover a great deal in this really beneficial half hour class! This is a PAYG class booked on Eventbrite - just do a search for Forever Flexible in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire and you should find the black and white logo similar to the Thornbury Pilates one above. Just choose your date and I'll see you there! 23/7/2021 0 Comments Zooming!Thornbury Pilates has gone really well via Zoom during the Pandemic and I think everyone coped very well with having to learn the technology and go out of their comfort zone. We will soon be back at Manorbrook School this September and it will be really lovely to see everyone's faces again.
